The AVVVA was established in 1985 in Northam, Western Australia to cater for all enthusiasts of machinery and motor vehicles, motorcycles and other motoring memorabilia over 25 years of age.

 We welcome new members to join our club from anywhere in Western Australia.

 The Avon Valley Vintage Vehicle Association held the first meeting on Thursday 25th June 1985 in Northam at the Old Northam Railway Station.

 Those June 1985 office bearers elected were :

   President : Leo Naughton

   Vice President : Jeff Lupton

   Secretary : Colin Campbell

   Treasurer ( elected at the second meeting ) : Kim Blakiston

The Avon Valley Vintage Vehicle Association is authorised by the Department of Transport and Major Infrastucture (DTMI) as an approved historic motoring club and can provide financial members the opportunity to license their eligible vehicles with a 404 or 350/C4C concession code. DTMI Approved Car Clubs

Monthly Club Meetings

Club meetings are held on the third Saturday of every month either at the club rooms or in conjunction with a club run.

If you can not attend in person we have the provision for you to attend virtually.

A club is only as strong as it's members and we con only organise events of interest to members if we know what those are.
