To join the Club Convoy and ensure you gain complimentary entry to the show:

• Depart the AVVVA rooms at 08:30am sharp 
• Meet up  Toodyay 08:50am at Toodyay Community Centre, 67 Stirling Tce Toodyay
  

If you arrive independently present yourself with identification at the gate and Karen will issue them with passes.  AVVVA members wearing their names badges get in show for free.
